Salt room
The salt room is built from sea salt and rock salt using the latest technology. It can be used for health protection, preventing disease, and rehabilitation. The special inner micro-climate is germ free and very clean. The air temperature is 20-20 °C and the atmosphere is filled with microorganisms, iodine, potassium, magnesium and selenium.
It is highly efficient against allergy.
Salt room yoga and salt room spinning classes are combining the beneficial effect of the salt room air with traditional yoga and spinning training.
