We are proud to announce that we completely redesigned our Gym at Mecsek Fitness and Wellness. On over 300 m2 we offer a wide variety of fitness opportunities with Technogym and Life Fitness equipments in pleasant end exclusive environment.

Our weight training machines and other free weights offer a wide range of opportunities for the development of different muscle groups. Our cardio-machines ensure achieving a more efficient fat burning effect and becoming more fit. It is also recommended as a warm-up exercise before weight lifting.

Personal training programs, our qualified trainer, personal trainer and professional leader is at your disposal in order to ensure the precise execution of exercises. Besides offering the most up-to-date training methods we also give you recommendations on diets and dietary supplements.

By appointment personal training sessions are available.
